ALL DIESEL ECM'S (CUMMINS CELECT AND CELECT PLUS) COMES WITH ONE YEAR WARRANTY FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, ALL OTHER DIESEL ECM'S COME WITH SIX MONTH WARRANTY. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND, ALL CUMMINS CORES ARE DUE WITH IN 30 DAYS. IF CUMMINS ECM CORE IS NOT RETURN IN TIMELY MANNER, YOUR CUMMINS ECM WARRANTY WILL EXPIRE WITHIN 30 DAYS, FROM THE DATE OF THE PURCHASE. THEIR IS ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND ON BURNED OR WATER DAMAGE CORES. WE HAVE THE RIGHT ON THE FINAL DECISION OF THE CONDITION ON THE CORE IF NOT REPAIRABLE. SAME PART # CORE MUST BE RETURNED.

ALL ECM'S MUST BE INSTALLED BY A CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN, ANY IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR PROPER INSTALLATION MISDIAGNOSES ARE NOT COVERED IN OUR WARRANTY POLICY. DIESEL ECM DOES NOT ASSUME LIABILITY TO PAY ANY LABOR, AUTO RENTAL, TOWING, LIVING EXPENSES, OR ANY OTHERS, ETC, UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

ALL MERCHANDISE ARE TESTED AND SHIPPED, ONCE CUSTOMER ACCEPTS THE SHIPMENT, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND ALLOWED, ONLY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY WILL BE ISSUED.

ALL ECM'S MUST ACCOMPANY ORIGINAL INVOICE.

ALL ECM'S PRIOR FROM SHIPMENT MUST CALL WARRANTY DEPARTMENT AND OBTAIN A RTN (RETURN TAG NUMBER).

ANY TAMPERING WITH OUR SEAL AUTOMATICALLY VOIDS THE WARRANTY.

ANY ECM OR TCM DAMAGE CAUSED BY EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL PROBLEM, WHERE BOARD IS NO LONGER REPAIRABLE WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.

ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE ECM BY COLLISION, WATER DAMAGE, CORROSION, RUST CONTAMINATION WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.

WE DO NOT REFUND ANY PART OF MONEY INCURRED ON SHIPMENT TO OR FROM OUR FACILITY.

ALL UNITS REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY ARE SHIPPED ON REGULAR GROUND SHIPMENT, THEIR WILL BE NO SECOUND DAY OR NEXT DAY AIR WARRANTY SHIPMENT.

ALL R & R UNITS IF FAILED TO PERFORM, MUST BE SENT BACK TO AUTO ECM ELECTRONICS FACILITY FOR TESTING, AND IF A UNIT FAILS TO BE REPAIRED, WILL BE REPLACED WITH SAME PART NUMBER, OR AN INTERCHANGE PART NUMBER, WHICH COULD BE A REBUILD OR USED ECM, IN THAT CASE CUSTOMER MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF ACCRUING ADDITIONAL CHARGES WHICH MAY HAPPEN IN CASE OF REPROGRAMMING OR SETTING THE PARAMETERS TO THE VEHICLE (TRUCK) OR SETTING THE CODE FOR THEFT SECURITY OR GETTING THE IGNITION KEY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE IMMOBILIZER.

 

ALL R & R UNITS, IF NO PROBLEM IS FOUND WILL HAVE A $75.00, TEST FEE CHARGED, AND NO SHIPPING MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.

ALL CORES MUST BE RETURN IN THE ORIGINAL BOX, IF FURNISHED WITH THE RETURN LABEL; IT MUST BE PLACED ALONG WITH THE ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER TO GET PROPER CREDIT BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

ALL CORES MUST BE REPAIRABLE; NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF CORE IS WATER DAMAGED. TAMPERED, OR WORKED ON.

THE CORE MUST HAVE THE SAME PART NUMBER AS THE ORIGINAL ONE WAS ORDERED.

ANY CORE WHERE THE BOARD IS BURNED THRU IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

ANY OEM PART NUMBER INFO MISSING OR NOT READABLE, CORE REFUND WOULD NOT BE ISSUED.

CUTOMERS, WHO HAVE BOUGHT ECM OR TCM OUTRIGHT, SENT THE CORE BACK WITH IN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. ALL CORE RECEIVED AFTER 30 DAYS WILL BE CHARGED 10 PERCENT FEES, OF THE CORE VALUE.

ALL CORE CREDITS ARE ISSUED ON THE 16TH, AND THE 1ST OF THE MONTH.

AUTO ECM ELECTRONICS DOES NOT AUTHORIZE OR GRANT PERMISSION TO ANY PERSON, AGENT, REPAIR SHOP, DEALER, ORGANIZATION, COMPANY TO CHANGE OR AMEND OUR POLICY, FURTHERMORE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES, OR MODIFY OUR POLICY.
